It can feel stressful or overwhelming at times. We are here to help you during pregnancy and babyhood.
You might want to understand your child's emotional needs better, learn more about their development, or feel more confident in how you respond to them.
Born to Bond is non-blaming and encourages reflection – we don’t tell you what to do, instead we discuss experiences and think through new solutions together.
The overall aim of our support is to strengthen the bond between you and your baby (0-2 years). This helps your baby to explore their world and seek comfort from you, setting them up for lifelong positive wellbeing.
We support you to read your child’s cues; helping you to build your understanding of what they need from you. This also helps you to manage any behaviours that you are finding tricky.

We offer a range of flexible services designed to meet the specific needs of your family
Therapeutic Support for Bonding and Attachment Transitioning to parenthood is a significant life event. We provide specialized therapy to help you strengthen your connection with your baby, providing a safe space to consider how previous life experiences or difficulties may be impacting your journey as a parent.
Brief 1:1 or Group Sessions We can meet you where you feel most comfortable. Whether it is a one-on-one chat or a small group session with friends or at a local community hub, we offer brief, focused sessions to discuss baby brain development, understanding sleep patterns, and the foundations of healthy attachment.
The Circle of Security (COS) Program We also offer the Circle of Security parenting program. This is an internationally recognised approach that helps parents look beyond their child’s immediate behavior to understand the underlying emotional needs. It provides a simple "map" to help you feel more confident in responding to your child’s cues and building a lifelong sense of security.
